Job Description:
- Develop web front-end pages for website and web applications using Photoshop and
Illustrator as the design tools. - Utilize JavaScript libraries like JQuery, Dojo, GUI and Prototype to provide rich UI
experience - Work with Web Developers and business analysts to convert wireframes into
HTML/JavaScript templates - Will work independently to deliver on client requirements on UI related tasks.
Required Skills
- Must have experience in design for the web/app
- Proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator/CorelDraw
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP (You will not necessarily need to
code, but must have a strong understanding to know what’s practical and what’s not) - Excellent understanding of typography, color theory and layouts
- Branding – a strong understanding of how copy and design go hand in hand
- Setting the design guidelines for various media like website, print, banners etc.
- Ability to improvise and be productive in a time and resource constrained environment
